The Pastoral Institute maintains a media library to assist the diocese, parishes and Catholic schools in their evangelization, catechetical and faith formation efforts.

The following guidelines have been developed to maintain these resources while making them available to as many people as possible.

Checkout Policies & Practices

Checkout Limit:   4 videos per visit               Length of Use:  2 weeks            Renewal:  Please call or email to renew

Cost:                                 We are happy to offer the loan of these videos at  NO CHARGE , however 
Borrowers are responsible for paying for any videos lost or missing while in their custody.

PLEASE NOTE:                 If there are special scheduling circumstances involved with your use of a video,
                                            be sure to ask if special arrangements are possible.

Reservation Practice:   You can call or email us to reserve a video.  Please specify a date for pickup.
                                           Any video not checked out on the day specified will be returned to the shelf.

Check-Out Procedure:  Please come in to the Pastoral Institute to pick up your video.  If it is too far for you to travel or you
                                            are unable to leave your home.  Please call or email to make special arrangements.
